If you believe content on BuzzHive infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice containing:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
2. Identification of the infringing content, including URLs or direct links within BuzzHive.
3. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized agent.
5. Your name, address, email, and phone number.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Content Removal

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:

• We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
• We may notify the user who posted it.
• We may request additional information if the notice is incomplete.

BuzzHive may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure (For Users)

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a DMCA Counter-Notice including:

1. Identification of the removed content and its location before removal.
2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was due to mistake or misidentification.
3. Your name, address, email, and phone number.
4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of:
   • your local U.S. federal district court, or
   • if outside the U.S., the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
5. A statement agreeing to accept service of process from the original claimant.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

If valid, we may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the original claimant files a court action.

We are not required to restore content that violates our Terms of Service.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

BuzzHive may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly upload infringing content, as required by the DMCA.

6. Misrepresentations

Anyone who knowingly submits a false takedown notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages under the DMCA.

7. Reservation of Rights

BuzzHive reserves the right to:

• Remove content for any reason
• Terminate accounts
• Modify this DMCA Policy at any time

Nothing in this policy limits our ability to act for reasons other than copyright infringement.
